Tracing Wall 44 further down in E18 and E19, to see if there are channels running through the wall to the feature inside building I. No such channels were revealed, Wall 44 is solid. Charcoal was found in E 18. In E 19 the bottom of a large vessel (roughly 40 cm diameter, 5 cm deep) was found in situ. The other readings mark the position of the vessel.
