The purpose of excavating this block was to trace the continuation of Wall 61, uncovered to the north during the 2008 campaign, and discover how it connects with the architecture in the south. However, the wall runs further east than the outline of the block. There is a slight difference in colour compared to the top soil (Block 12), but the exact shade is not in Munsell. The colour is in between 10 YR 4/4 Dark yellowish brown and 10 YR 5/4 Yellowish brown. Among the finds, lamp fragments (probably from different individual lamps) number as many as five. These fragments were found in units Q20 and Q21. A bronze ring and a fragment of a possible floor tile were also collected. To the north of the central E-W wall is an upright, worked stone of unknown function.
